Conditions

In the season in order to ensure privacy and a relaxed stay, our primary intention is to rent the entire guesthouse out to larger groups and families (16 guests maximum) for a minimum stay of 5 nights.

Out of the season the apartments (Grandiose Apartment, Voyage Apartment and Pipacs Room) possible to book individually too.

Minimum booking: 5 nights (in off-season minimum two nights)

Maximum occupancy: 14 adults (this includes two extra trundle beds) plus 2 children.

Please contact us directly if you are keen to make a booking differently from the aboves and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Payment in advance: 30% of the total price payable at the time of booking. The remaining price, deposit and cleaning fee are due upon arrival.

You may contact us concerning your interest in booking via phone, email or through the website. We always send an email regarding our offer in order to avoid misunderstandings. Your booking is guaranteed if we received the payment in advance and we confirmed it via email.

Cancellation: In case of cancellation at least 90 days before the planned arrival, there is a full refund of the advance payment. Cancellation between 89-60 days before arrival, there is a 50% refund of the advance payment. If we can rent the guesthouse for the original booking period again, we will refund the full advance. If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, we can only refund the advance payment if someone else books the guesthouse for the time of your original booking period.
